Denodo continues to monitor the global situation related to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Our top priorities are the satisfaction and support of our customers as well as the health and safety of our employees. We will respect all recommendations from local health authorities and have implemented our own additional measures to protect our employees in affected locations.

We have in place a business continuity plan and have activated our incident response measures. Our business continuity efforts are designed to minimize disruptions to our business operations and in particular our support to our customers.

As of March 9, 2020, Denodo has not experienced any significant business impacts or degradations to customer services due to the Coronavirus. Our customer service functions are located in multiple international locations and have the ability to support remote work arrangements. We will leverage these strengths to ensure consistent support in the event of any disruption.

Denodo is also asking its teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible. We have postponed events or moved them to be completely virtual. We are delivering all instructor-led classes in a live, virtual environment and offering on-demand courses for self-paced learners. In addition, we have canceled all employee travel and are following local authorities’ guidelines for customer, partner, and community meetings and events.

Denodo is confident in its ability to respond to these challenges. While it is impossible to tell at this point the long-term effects of this situation, we will work aggressively to ensure that our customers continue to enjoy the same high-level of support and customer service that they currently receive.
