Job Description
The Web Designer will be responsible for the redesign and ongoing maintenance of the company’s corporate website. This role involves transforming our website into a modern, user-friendly platform that aligns with our brand identity and business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of design skills, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
Website Redesign: Work closely with our Web team to redesign our corporate website, creating a visually appealing, user-centric design that enhances user experience and aligns with our brand identity.
Content Integration: Work closely with content creators and other stakeholders to integrate content into the website, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality presentation.
Responsive Design: Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
SEO and Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site performance, user behavior, and make data-driven improvements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product management, to align website design with broader business objectives and project requirements.
Design Trends: Stay updated on the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the website and user experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in web design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven 5+ years’ experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
- High proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and web development tools such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery and JavaScript.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and SEO best practices.
- A strong eye for visual and typographical composition with keen attention to detail.
- Pragmatic approach to design with a consistent output.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Agility in a high-pressure environment with changing deadlines and multiple projects.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism. Proactive, task-driven, and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Video editing / motion graphics skills.
- User research experience.
- Understanding of inbound and demand generation marketing concepts and tactics.
- Proficiency in Spanish and any other language.
