It’s been nearly a year since the Executive Order on Artificial Intelligence (AI) was released and agencies are still using it to identify use cases for generative AI (GenAI). However, there are still many unknowns about what exactly federal agencies need to take full advantage of AI to improve customer and employee experience and deliver on the mission more quickly and cost effectively.
